CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Notice Period:
Cancellations must be before the scheduled class deadline or session and will require a $50 admin fee. This allows us to offer the spot to another student on the waiting list.
Refunds:
For group courses and class cancellations made within the required notice or deadline period, a refund minus the $50 admin fee will be issued.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your class or session, a 50% refund will be provided.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time, or for no-shows.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule a one-on-one or self-tape session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
no Shows:
No-shows for one-on-one and self-tape coachings will be charged a $30 admin fee and you will be unable to use the missed coaching at a later date. No-shows for group classes and workshops will not be able to use a class credit for a later date.
Workshops and Special Events:
Due to the nature of the planning required, workshops (with casting directors & otherwise) and special events have a no-refund policy. However, if you can find someone to take your place, we will allow a transfer of registration.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss.
We understand that life and the film industry are unpredictable, and we appreciate your effort to notify us as soon as possible of any changes in your schedule. This policy ensures fairness to all students and enables us to maintain the quality of our classes and programs.
